April 11, 2008

We have all of our needed appointments and are now waiting
to travel on May 4th-17th. Gotcha day is May 7th, that is the day we will finally get to meet Raya.

April 1

We received our Traval Approval (TA) today!
Who would have guessed that it would happen on April fools day?
Tonight our agency (Harrah's) will request a (CA) Consolate Appointment for when we are in China. This is the last appointment for when we will be in China. Once we know this date we will leave for China 2 weeks before that appointment. It takes 2 weeks in China to complete the process and come home with Raya. It usually takes 48-72 hours to receive this appointment date so I am soo excited that we will have our dates of when we will be traveling by this weekend. Wow!!
What a journey!!

Our First Trip to China was to Bring Home our daughter Jaime

Our Beautiful Family!!

Feb. 17, 2008

This has been a very busy month. We celebrated Valentines Day and Jaime's 5th birthday!
Along with Jaime's birthday we are thrilled that Jaime's Gotcha Day is also on Feb. 16th.

It has been a long wait for our second little girl. China is busy working after their Chinese New Year vacation. New referrals should be coming out sometime the first week of March. Our guess is that we should be in this next batch.

We are Next for our agency! But not guaranteed to be next on China's list but we can try to make a good or estimated guess. If we are not in the March batch chances are extremely high that we will be in the April batch. Either way our little girl has already been born and is waiting for us to come and bring her home to her forever family.
